1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of lodestoneanalytics.com.au (the “site”), operated by Wynne Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 41 682 931 675) trading as Lodestone Analytics, a Lodestone Nexus Group business. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Information on this site

Content on this site is general information about our products and services. It is not professional advice for your situation. Models and Control Room outputs support management decisions; they are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.

3. Examples, tools and figures

Example figures, sample outputs, case scenarios and calculators on this site are illustrative. They are labelled as examples and are not results for any real client. Tools give an indicative reading only, based on the answers you enter.

4. Using the site

You may use the site for your own lawful purposes. You must not copy, scrape or resell its content or tools, try to disrupt the site, or use it to send unlawful or harmful material.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, methods, models, frameworks, names, logos and designs, belong to Wynne Consulting Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use needs our written permission.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, including other Lodestone Nexus Group businesses, those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, and subject to section 7, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, general information or tools on this site. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the goods or services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

9. Buying from us

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST as shown. Orders, deliverables and any refunds are governed by the terms shown at checkout or in your written proposal, which form part of these terms. Online purchases are made through our secure Shopify checkout at shop.lodestoneanalytics.com.au. GST is added at checkout and a tax invoice is emailed with your order confirmation. Individual models are delivered as a download link straight after payment and licensed for one site, internal use. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a model has been downloaded; if a model is faulty or not as described, we will fix it, replace it or refund it. Reporting profiles are delivered within five business days of receiving your answers, with one revision; if we have not started, we refund in full on request. Control Room deposits (50% of the install fee) book your install slot. The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before we receive access to your data; after that, your written proposal sets out what happens.

Consulting and installation services are delivered under a written proposal or engagement letter. If that document conflicts with these terms, the proposal or engagement letter applies.

Digital products are licensed for use within your own organisation (or household, for family products). You may not resell or redistribute them.

10. Changes

We may update the site and these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that State.
